Pros

Decent compensation - especially when you're getting commission. Is actually a fun, fast-paced job.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Have heard stories of coworkers taking work calls in the middle of family outings and vacation. Can be a high-stress environment. Competition is good but often there's competition among coworkers which isn't good. The company should want all employees to succeed and not encourage them to steal other's candidates. Encouraged to reach out to candidates too often and annoys them in the process - should be more trusting of their workers. Very little vacation/sick time is offered. When you're working 50+ hours per week, vacations are a necessity. Benefits are very expensive - the company doesn't even contribute to some plans.
