The company has a robust induction process. Starting from joining the company back in February 2022 till date, the company has been investing on developing my recruitment skills. In particular, the 3 months long Recruiter Associate Program led by Rosana Rosa, methodically break downs the job requirement and provides real life best practices that enables one to learn the best possible ways to excel on the job. Very satisfied with the company's focus on constantly developing talents with the Recruiter's Associate program.

Cons

More seasoned recruiters should join as Guest Speakers so that we can learn from the very best.
