      Great People & Company, Tough Industry

      Pros

      Great place to learn the industry and grow your career. A lot of opportunities to grow into different positions depending on your desired career path and you desire to work hard. It is a very competitive industry so if you do not have that competitive drive to win you probably are not right for this company or industry for that matter. The company offers many different promos ( Trips, TVs, Cars, Gift cards) and allows you the freedom to be your own recruiter once you show you understand the business. Overall you have all the tools to be successful.

      Cons

      As a Recruiter you have a little less freedom then someone in the Account Executive role. Some aspects of the company are still very "old school recruiting" in nature.

      The training program was pretty cool.

      Cons

      The hours (7:45-6:30) were awful and the pay was way under what other companies were offering.

      Pros

      Friendly people and competitive pay. The run incentive programs regularly which is nice. they have a great training program as well.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. There is no 9-5 job in the industry but they expect long in office hours with no remote work but then want you to log on when you get home as well. not to mention all the after hour networking events. Hard place to work if you have little ones at home.
