      Pros

      Youthful environment, Great energy, Lots of role to work on, Training in Philly, Perfect firm if you are new to recruitment.

      Cons

      Found the office to be an unprofessional setting for senior level recruitment, many of the roles were unqualified and not good to work on. Because they do not hire experienced 5+ yrs consultants, unfortunately they end up with Quantity rather than Quality consultants and it is just the numbers game after that, my training class had 25, 10 stayed past 3 months, 5 placed roles and 2-3 are still there after a year.

      Pros

      Encouraged to stay current with technology. From testing to implementing the latest and greatest cutting edge technology! Great work environment where you can excel individually while still having excellent team collaboration. A wide range of projects will keep you on your toes but only broadening your skills. Recognition and compensated nicely for satisfied clients. Great people. Great CEO! Work hard, play hard!

      Cons

      My commute - not necessarily Judge's fault but currently a con for me. Needless to say I'll be moving in the near future!
