Pros

You'll probably meet some good people but that's about the only positive for this company.

Cons

They do not run their business well. The turn over rate is extremely high and for good reason.

Pros

They will hire anyone without experience and they let you drink at the office

Cons

Unpaid overtime, 28K Salary, management, benefits, employee treatment, everyone drinks in the office, forced overtime. Change your schedule without notice. They use you to make money for themselves. Management gets over 50% of every commission you make. You receive 25% and other 25% towards the company. Worst commission rates of any recruitment company
