Pros

Very young staff. Good commission structure. If you are aggressive and on the phone a lot and contently searching internet to fill jobs you can make good money. Very low base salary. Base salary here is lower then most recruiting firm in other areas.

Cons

Low Base Salary. Give salary boosts and raises. Need more older experienced recruiter like other firms have. The business isn't for everyone. You get out what you put in. Some people are good recruiters and make placements and can grow in the firm. Some will move on after a year or two to other industries like internal recruiting, HR or Business.

Pros

Very good possibility for advancement, as long as you are open to being on the phone heavy and work hard to get placements.

Cons

Management; some managers are great others not so and want you to do all the leg work while they receive all the credit for your hard work.
