Pros

Company culture, fast paced, goal oriented team. I stress the word "team" plenty because you truly make an impact in the development of the office as a whole with every win. The Denver office, they want to succeed. They want to impact the Denver market despite of how many competitors are out there and are growing tremendously. There is a future in the Denver market for this company and every day they're working the same business as the rest of the competition, but they stand out by doing it effectively. Great time to be a part of this company.

Cons

Having worked for other staffing companies in the past, I've come find out it takes exceptional energy and commitment to be successful in this industry. You have to be hungry and willing to work unlike others do. It's the way the industry works as a whole.

Pros

Great opportunity to make money Amazing training program Tried and tested company. Not going out of business soon.

Cons

I worked for the Denver office for less than two months. They recruited me from Florida, paid for me to relocate, sent me on an all-expenses-paid trip to Philadelphia, and then Fired me. No warning. No explanation. nothing. Just called me into the boss's office and said "there's the door". They have significantly de-railed my career, and temporarily ruined my life. Why? I cant say for sure, as they didnt give me a reason for why i was being let go other than "Its not working out". But I will say i didnt really fit in. The Denver office has a very loud, crass, "wolf of wall street" Culture. It didnt bother me. But I very clearly didnt fit into their Frat-boy culture. Its purely conjecture, but i honestly think thats why they fired me. So, recruiters be warned! they may convince you to leave your current job, just to fire you so they can hire someone to be their friend
