Pros

- A week of extensive training at HQ in Philadelphia, PA is a great opportunity to not only meet people from outside offices but really get to learn about the business and how to really sink your teeth into the Day-to-Day at Judge. - The Director of the office respects people who put in hard work to achieve goals. He has been in the business for a long time and is a great person to work under. - Account Management does strive very hard to get new requirements DAILY. There is rarely a day where there won't be at least one new req to work on. - A great work hard play hard environment for a Senior Recruiter to make leaps and bounds in the industry. There is a lot of opportunity knocking in Denver.

Cons

- A little bit more focus on Jr. Recruiters. Need a more direction when it comes to helping people new to the business that might not know technical things, need of detailed feedback, etc. - Work/life balance a little off. Hours are long.

Pros

Fair pay practices and"nice" recruiters.

Cons

No support once you start contract. It appears one department does not talk to other departments so you wind up re-sending information several times. Not much work for CST's.
