Pros

Open environment, you are free to work in your own way. No ceiling on how much you can make and there are awesome incentives every quarter to make the most

Cons

No mentorship available, they say open door policy but they recruit their office like their jobs (churn and burn). It is 100% on you to track your own success, make improvements, and better yourself for the market. Management will only tell you congrats on making deals or crack the whip if you are not making enough. Your life will be consumed by recruiting so if you don't love it you will get frustrated quickly.

Pros

Opportunity to grow and work with passionate professionals. If you work hard and work smart, you have the potential of achieving a lot of success. Those who do well stick around for a long time. The CEO and corporate team is talented and down to earth. They work hard, have fun, and recognize those that are performing. If you're looking to work hard and commit to a long-term career, then i highly recommend. Don't get me wrong, this job is not for everyone. You have to have the personality and drive to succeed. If you do then the sky is the limit and you should be having fun. If you're not having fun in your first 90 days, then Judge is not for you.

Cons

If you don't want to commit to a professional career, then The Judge Group is not for you. Not everyone has the right personality for this postion. Sometimes even those with the right personality just aren't at the right stage in their life. It entails a full committment and strong emotional quotent. There will be ups and downs that will be followed by barriers and challenges. There is also a lot of competition to face in the market and a seemingly slim margin of error. If you are emotionally strong, driven, competitive, and love seeking challenges then you will love this opportunity. If you're looking to sit back from 9-5 coasting, then going out to sleep or party, then it's not for you. You're work life balance may suffer, but that's any real career. This job is not for everyone. The ones that it is for will LOVE this company.
