Pros

Great atmosphere Motivated and motivating people Friendly, interactive, opportunities for growth, sky is the limit! Work hard - play hard type of people. There is a clear strategy for unlimited earning potential, especially in sales, cross-selling the various lines of business and solutions, kickbacks, contests, capability of partnering with fortune 500 companies and adding value.

Cons

None for me. If you are the type of person who does not like to have fun at work, then this is not the place for you.

Pros

Party atmosphere, always celebrating wins, if you're lucky and get to work in Center City office you'll be blinded by the beauty of it. Owner Marty Judge makes a point of making people feel included when he comes around.

Cons

If you aren't producing or aren't in the "clique" of the boy's club be prepared to be iced out and ultimately leave or be fired. Complete focus on motivation using fear rather than being taught how to do better. Something I wish someone told me was that the commission structure is embarrassingly low. Be prepared to make 2-6% of 50% of your profit margin. This could mean .50 cents per hour on a consultant as a good commission- yearly that will make you about $1,000.

We appreciate your feedback and truly value the opinions of our employees and strive to continually improve, as we have over the past 44 years. We feel it is important to address Judge’s commission plan. All of our competitive research suggests that our plan is extremely competitive in the industry. Additionally, our plan is designed to reward performance, increases along with increased productivity, and allows employees the ability to earn two incentive trips annually. Employees always have access to meet with their Director, to gain a better understanding of Judge’s commission program and all of our incentive programs. We encourage all employees to take advantage of our “open door policy” with their Directors, to address any concerns regarding their employment and success at Judge.
