      Pros

      -Great training, allows you to learn the business from day 1 -Opportunity to make a lot money. You put in the time and effort, the results will come. The expectations are clearly outlined and if you follow them, you will be successful -Fun working environment - office outings, client outings, all inclusive company trips if you hit outlined numbers -Everyone works together, even from other offices around the country. Solid team feeling throughout the company. -Overall you are provided with a great opportunity here and it's up to you what you make of it

      Cons

      -Hours can be long but with any sales career, that is what you sign up for.

      Pros

      Great company to work for if you are willing to put in work. Those who stick it out and achieve are rewarded both financially and with perks. There is a strong upper management in place and the opportunity to grow with the company is definitely there. Can be a very fun atmosphere. Bi-Annual all expense paid trips (with a plus one) to top earners.

      Cons

      Long hours, especially in your first year. If you're not willing to put in the work then this probably isn't the company for you.

      Pros

      I started at Judge right out of college and have been here ever since. I couldn't be happier with my job and the opportunities that I have had by being a part of the Judge team. I have moved up in my career here with excellent chances to advance coupled with great training and assistance during the transitions. The office culture is second to none and I fell like my coworkers are family/friends. Management has great vision and is steering Judge in the right direction.

      There really are not any I can think of at this time.
