      Pros

      Started right out of College and was given the tools to be successful Supportive leadership / stability in the upper management ranks Strong tools to function in a global environment Constantly ahead of the curve in the industry

      Cons

      Training is an ongoing issue but I have personally gotten involved over the years to help develop and grow the areas of opportunity with this with the support of upper management.

      * You have unlimited earning potential in a recruiter, account manager, or director role. * Most of us who have been here for a few years or more are earning well into the 6 figures * Great incentive trips twice a year * Fun corporate culture

      Cons

      * It's not an easy job and not everyone is cut out for sales and recruiting work. It's well worth it, but not everyone can do this work
