Pros

You get back what you put in, in terms of compensation and job satisfaction. I have had 4 different roles in 9 years, each role providing more responsibility and challenges. The Judge Group has given me the opportunity to travel all over the US including company sponsored trips to places in the Caribbean. The pay structure is one where you can earn a significant amount of money from very early on and provides the ability to continue to earn more year after year. You have the opportunity to interact with various levels of professionals from entry level to executive and you learn about various industries and professions which I find very interesting. Last but not least, you get to help people find employment.

Cons

You actually have to work!!

Pros

They are a fun group to work with. Youthful driven group of colleagues.Perks are good and are not difficult to reach. It is an all commission deal, if you sell and collect you should get paid.

Cons

Too few people who do not have executive experience at other successful firms work there. This creates a false sense of security for those in charge. They are not that smart. As far as future growth they are limited as a company. They want to grow to a billion dollar company. I do not see it happening.Way too much turnover. They 25-30 at a time and put them through "training" and at the end of 2-4 months most leave. this is a huge problem they cannot correct.

Pros

-Entry level opportunity out of college even if you have zero experience. -The branch manager Shane is a very nice manager who drives people to work hard and be the best they can. He is way too talented for this company. -Free coffee ( you will need it)

Cons

First of all you have to be in at work at 7:45 or earlier for a 8 AM meeting and stay till at least 630 on Mondays and Tuesdays. Till 6 on wed and thurs. They let you out at 5 on fridays. Second. they pay you only 30K and tell you that you will make lots of money with commissions (around 45-65) your first year. Unless you are the bees knees at recruiting you wont make any more than an extra 5k in commission the entire year. Third, the company culture sucks. Yeah people are nice to your face and friendly, but they all secretly try to stab each other in the backs and hope everyone but yourself does poorly. I enjoy healthy competition, but this is not it. Oh yeah and the branch is really struggling to stay open. They laid off 7 of the 9 recruiters within a couple weeks of each other. They apparently need those peanuts back they they pay their employees to stay open.
