Pros

*You'll be able to sharpen your MS Word skills as you reformat high volumes of candidate resumes. *Friendly & helpful co-workers.

Cons

*Employer does not contribute to health/dental premiums. *Admins. do not report directly to their branch manager/director, instead they report to the "Mothership" in corporate PA. Sadly, this results in Admins. never feeling fully integrated in their office because they are treated separately from the rest of their branch office team (team building lunches, early releases, phase trips, etc., are all off limits to Admins.) *Admins. are paid hourly instead of salary which is a shame because I think the company would get more from them if they didn't impose such stringent restrictions on Admin. hours. *Training for new Admins. is mediocre at best. There doesn't appear to be much emphasis on training because technically, Admins. are just "overhead," not $$ producers.
