Pros

Decent place to start out recruiting to learn the business. Many business lines (IT, engineering, healthcare, pharma, food&bev/CPG) gives you exposure to different types of positions and you may have the ability to transition between groups if the opportunity exists. Nice company incentive trips

Cons

More of a "throw it against a wall and see what sticks" mentality. Very transactional in their work vs. relationship driven. Management has its favorites who get preferential treatment, but if you work hard and produce the numbers, you are rewarded (somewhat). Salary is on the lower end of the scale.
