Pros

The people in my office were nice.

Cons

MARK DICHIARA. He is absolutely awful and you will see reviews from others as well. Put me on a performance plan even though I was above quota. Fired a friend of mine in a different office even though he was above quota. Mark should be fired from this company, but he’s higher up so they won’t fire him. If you interview here, ask if Mark Dichara is involved with your team in any way shape or form. If he is please do not take the job. Save yourself the heartache of being anywhere near this soul sucking worst upper manager I’ve ever seen. I’ve been doing tech recruiting for 10 years. 6 companies. He is the worst manager I have ever seen. Unrealistic expectations since he hasn’t recruited in 20 years or more. And even if you hit them he will still find another way to make your life miserable. And everyone just says “that’s just Mark” as if that’s a valid excuse.
