Pros

Remote work available, not micromanaged on my team, good commission structure, and diversity in their work organizations.

Cons

- Poor recruitment resources, unless you work in IT recruitment - Two part lengthy training that disrupts your days months into the job - Weekly Required "Lunch & Learns" ? This one was weird, lunch should be used as personal time away from our desks - Lack of empathy from leadership - Heavily metrics based - You're only as good as your numbers that you produce, which can and will lead to burn out and mental health struggles for most

Pros

Nice office spaces Some people are nice

Cons

-management is awful in every department - I felt bad for every new hire -absolutely no work life balance - if work wasn't your entire life you would immediately be let go -metric -Benefits are awful - expensive, low PTO - not encouraged to take PTO & will still have to work on vacation. 2 week paid parental leave. -Only way to have any career growth is if you sell your soul to the company
