Corporate leadership is and absolute joke. I worked for this company for almost 8 year and honestly loved it. The people in’s the “corporate office” have lost trust with their company and the industry as a whole. I was on countless meetings where “leadership”, and I use that term loosely, would contradict themselves multiple times. It has become an absolute revolving door of employees where they overpay more junior folks to attract them to them company and make dedicated employees left fighting with upper management with their “new” policies. Tom is an absolute cancer on this once great company and it is no wonder that they are closing office across the country

Underpaid for what other recruiters are getting in OC. Very toxic office environment. You are either in with the cool kids, or you are not. A lot of fakeness, stealing candidates from other recruiters on your own team, while all being fed a "family culture". The company as a whole shoves productivity metrics down your throat and if you don't meet them you're cut or put on probation.
