Pros

I cant speak on behalf of the rest of the company This is not a bad first job, but it will require 50+ hours to make any additional money. I would keep looking if I were you, but if you need a job, don't mind long hours, and understand what you are getting into than it might be worth it for you. - Young and friendly staff (The people who work here is what will get you through the day) - Good commission structure for Perm and contract if you stay long enough - Great location near food - Free parking garage - Possibility of a fully paid for vacation - Possibility of moving to a new office in DC with a salesperson who will actually help you succeed - Several open job to work on, but many have been open for month's

Cons

The "President" of Healthcare - believes you are a number and doesn't take the time to get to know you unless you are their for 6+ months. (won't know your name for 6 months and only 30 people for him to know) -Is almost never at work -"Considers himself a recruiter", but hasn't recruited since the early 90's if that -Hires people and forces them to only work on his jobs -Makes it very clear that fear is the only management tactic he knows... ( Fear has a place, but if its all you know then 10 people leaving in 2 months, Jan-Feb, is what you get) - His one selling point is he isn't a bad guy when not in a work environment The rest of Management - 2 are great and really want you to succeed. - All are very nice, but are very hypocritical and aren't good at their jobs - Most tell their employees to get 10 subs, but they get 3 even though they are required to get at least 10. Other Issues - No work-life balance because you are up at 6-6:30 and home at 7-7:30 at night. -If you do well, they will give you additional responsibilities with no salary increase, but still expect you to keep your same production.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Pros

If you're looking for a place where you'll be taken advantage of and undervalued, look no further! The executives in this company are pompous, condescending and downright disrespectful. I worked here back in 2015 before landing my current job. The only positive thing I have to say about the company is that my time there taught me to not let anyone take advantage of me ever again.

Cons

Long hours, horrible compensation, no appreciation for employees, lies, lies, and more lies. Shame on you, judge group! All they do is USE people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Pros

free lunches; pizza, coffee etc they put on a good face but are very deviant behind your back;

Cons

steal accounts; very unprofessional swearing throughout; in appropriate language/sexual context toward women, well I can say that in front of you....ah, no you can't. Grizzle methods & brutal to sales pp; worked 730-7pm with out time off and if you have a family event, you were scolded, they give sweat shop new meaning in 2014. They only real difference is they feed you, then they'll drum up reasons to fire you so they can inherit your pipeline. Same 4pp make money and by the time you get off ramp, you'll be fired. They should hire sales pp as temp contractors and call it lead gen...cuz its life mafia, you'll never make the money. They'll just let you think it....because of their methods/leadership or lack there of; it was the worst experience of my life.
