Pros

My experience at The Judge Group has been nothing short of outstanding. Having been part of this remarkable team for over 3 +years, I can confidently say it's been an incredible journey. The support from the management team has been unwavering, and it has truly contributed to my professional growth. What truly sets The Judge Group apart is the culture of collaboration. Here, your voice matters, and your ideas are not only appreciated but actively encouraged. But that's not all. The range of activities provided to keep the team up-to-date with industry trends is impressive. In a profession where staying current is crucial, Judge operates at a thrilling, fast-paced rhythm that keeps you engaged. My experience at The Judge Group has been exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it

Cons

It's a great company to work and grow in terms of skill set. However, when it comes to annual appraisals, it falls very short in comparison to other companies. The average appraisal at Judge is much lower than the current market standard. I had 7 starts, with a gross monthly margin of $83; Judge offered an increment of only Rupees 2500 per month. In contrast, my peers in other organizations with similar performance received increments exceeding Rupees 7000 per month. This significant disparity in compensation is compelling me to make the difficult decision to leave Judge. While it is undoubtedly a wonderful place to work, the financial aspect plays a crucial role. When you need to meet your basic needs and other financial commitments, it becomes necessary to explore other opportunities. Thank you for the valuable experience I gained at Judge.
