Thank you for your review. In the recruiting industry, long hours are often required early in your career in order to build up your reputation and build a solid foundation moving forward. We encourage open communication between employees and the management staff and employee feedback is taken seriously.

Pros

Friendly environment, great facilities and locations.

Cons

The 50th anniversary party was something out of an 80s movie. When recruiting for specific positions, there is biased and racial discrimination when looking for best candidate.

Pros

My Time with The Judge Group started as a temp to hire position which I was definitely hired. The Judge Group helped me get my foot in the door. Thank everyone who helped me at some point either directly or indirectly!

Cons

Disclaimer: this is mostly my fault since I didn't do my homework but... They didn't clarify what "reasonable" payments were for those of us who were unaware (I came from another state where COL was much lower...and I was living with group of people so there was only a small amount that was my portion. ) This resulted in me accepting a posting at a lower rate than I knew my skills to be worth.
