      Decent base salary and commision potential

      Cons

      This company preaches diversity and equity but is rampant with nepotism. Leadership is hypocritical and mainly concerned with lining their own pockets. Additionally they care more about their recruiters seeming busy by forcing outbound calls even though upper management realizes it impacts candidate delivery to their clients (stretch your bandwidth to thin to manage onboarding well). I'd encourage everyone (clients and people seeking work) to avoid this place unless they are desperate as there is some money to be made being structured this way by high performers and of course close friends and family of the leadership.

      Pros

      Working in person every day is a good way to meet new people. Boss was friendly but the higher up management is not.

      Cons

      The work environment is toxic. Our jobs were threatened every day and we rarely, if ever were appreciated for doing something well. You will be underpaid, and undervalued for the work you do. Many days I felt like I worked really hard to recruit people to whatever job I was working that day to later find out that the job had been closed for days or weeks.

      Big direct clients including BFSI, Healthcare and Engineering. Inhouse ATS, with a huge database. Data transparency company-wide.

      Cons

      Too much pressure, competitive environment
