Remote work available, not micromanaged on my team, good commission structure, and diversity in their work organizations.

Cons

- Poor recruitment resources, unless you work in IT recruitment - Two part lengthy training that disrupts your days months into the job - Weekly Required "Lunch & Learns" ? This one was weird, lunch should be used as personal time away from our desks - Lack of empathy from leadership - Heavily metrics based - You're only as good as your numbers that you produce, which can and will lead to burn out and mental health struggles for most

Onboarding for new employees was remote and self-directed. It was a lot of information, especially the benefits, to review on one's own. There was no pre-recorded orientation nor was there a live/virtual orientation schedule offered. This would be helpful to newly hire temporary/contract employees of The Judge Group

Pros

In house training for recruiters with little to no industry experience. Hybrid work environment Multiple options for growth (Sales, Delivery, Management, etc.) Not full desk if that's what you are looking for

Cons

Back office processes are horrible at times. Need to be patient with them and sometimes reiterate that you need help. Good account managers are hard to come by and it's evident here, but each office is different
