Pros

uncapped commission however at the mercy of the client. Client I worked for is a huge conglomerate and would rather hire themselves so submitted hundreds of candidates and never heard back.

Cons

High turnover, nowhere to grow & move to, leadership is lacking, toxic work environment, unreasonable WFH restrictions based on performance that is again at the mercy of the client.

Pros

None, this company has serious issues and the Phoenix office is constantly turning over.

Cons

The managing director in phx might be one of the worst managers I’ve ever had. Not only is he afraid of management back in Philly but actively discouraged collaboration with the recruiting team or other offices working national accounts. I was brought in to work a large financial services account that the phx managing director had already gotten Judge kicked out of for involving the account in a dispute with another vendor. When I called on them they wanted nothing to do with Judge and said we weren’t even a vendor anymore so I started considering leaving after month and resigned when the MD wouldn’t approve time off to spend with a sick family member while he want on a “boys trip” that I had to hear about all the time instead discussing account strategy. I’ll be shocked if judge has an office in az in a year’s time.
