      Pros

      They hire new grads, you can use this position as a experience. Also, you might meet some good people there. That's it.

      Cons

      They use the churn and burn method of of hiring and firing here. You work a ridiculous amount of hours here for a small 32k base with commission. You are literally just a number with this company. They will work you dry for on average 3-6 months (most people do not last or stay past that) and when you least expect it, they will let you go. Very. Very unprofessional practices take place here.

      All temp agencies lie. You are just a paycheck to them. They will tell you anything so you will accept the job even though they know you don't fit the job and will fail. I have worked for many in my 30 years as an administrative assistant. Don't work for them.

      Pros

      If you can work with completely fake people then you will do well here.

      Cons

      Watch your back, they will pretend to care for you, but will drop you faster than a hot plate. They can fire you at will after any period of time, and have a 1 year non-compete.
