Pros

My co workers were my only pros.

Cons

The management at this company is an absolute joke. They are condescending and rude. They expect so much out of you when the judge group has the worst recourses I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t get paid properly for my submittals when I was a recruiter associate. It took them 2 months to give me my raise when I moved to a recruiter. They fire people for literally no reason. The turnover rate is insane. I’d say 80% and that’s generous. I worked with a good group of hard workers and management either fired then or ran then off. We’re all done with that place now. They expect you to work 24/7 without extra pay. One time, I remember specifically the two managers sat me down and interrogated me about my submittals and everything I was doing. I cried afterwards. They said they were doing it to everyone, but I was the only one. The training there is comical. one manager only trained us on leaving voicemails. There is absolutely no diversity in this company at all. Only good thing I got out of this place was good friends in which we share a trauma bond from this place.

Pros

The team itself was fun to work with, but they all left within 6 months of each other.

Cons

Half of the head managers are all related, blatant nepotism. Other managers said micro aggressions to employees in marginalized identities multiple times a week. The commission structure is sold to you differently in the interview vs once you’re hired, and it’s extremely difficult to make any commissions. They also prey on younger college graduates when recruiting internally, and blame their work ethic when they are given bad jobs to recruit for once they finish the poorly ran training process they start out in. They also will micromanage you frequently and claim that working from home hurts their numbers when there is no actual proof from management of that being true.

Pros

For every negative review Judge receives, they elect an employee to leave a positive review in order to keep their ratings up. Beware and run from this company!

Cons

Horrible business Acumen. Horrible senior managers and project management. Nepotism, favortism and downright backstabbing, just like all the other reviews are saying. They preach how great they are, but DO NOT stand behind promises.
