Pros

They wear uniforms so you don’t have to worry about finding clothes for work

Cons

They are so disorganized. All they care about is enrolling students. Classes are always out of ratio. Management barely steps into help.

Pros

Very flexible people and kind people. They worked with you for childcare costs and conflicting schedules for school or other activates

Cons

Kids can be challenging depending on the age group and they are more focused on getting kids enrolled than anything else

Most toxic job ever

Pros

Not many pros. The other teachers are kind, and they talk about their hardships with this job also. The managers are nice but they will throw you under the bus in a minute.

Cons

The owners are incompetent businesswomen. These people are beyond money hungry and will leave their employees drowning. Every few emails mention raises but nobody gets raises. These people don’t want to pay overtime so they will force employees out before their scheduled time if needed.
