Pros

Great flexibility, great support, tuition reimbursement, floating holidays, company paid short and long term disability and life insurance

Cons

There is no retirement fund such as 401k!

Pros

Interacting with the children and watching them grow is the best part about the job. I also enjoy working alongside my co-workers.

Cons

Management is terrible... they play favorites with those who have been there longer, and they seriously underpay all their workers. I am a college graduate with 6+ years of childcare experience and they offered me $10.75 / hour, compared to a friend of mine with no prior childcare experience and no college degree at $11.

Pros

Great family environment, management is always there to help with concerns or when help is needed. The curriculum keeps things fun and exciting as well!

Cons

Would like more information on how to obtain CDA
