Pros

Working with children, supply of monthly curriculum, meeting wonderful families, and relationship with coworkers.

Cons

While I won't speak on management issues because each establishment has their own manager and it should not reflect on the company as a whole, The Learning Experience is a great childcare center in theory. The curriculum is well thought out although some of the monthly themes are WAY beyond that of a 3 year olds concept let alone a child younger.

Pros

Friendly and nice co-workers.

Cons

Rude and unprofessional management. Too many children in one classroom. Low pay and no benefits for the amount of work you do. They take away your overtime by making you take a longer lunch. Allow combative children to stay enrolled and hurt staff and students. Kids were sick with contagious viruses, passed it to others, and still allowed to attend. Management doesn't care about the kids they sweep issues under the rug. Phone calls are not made by management when a child is hurt in turn this makes you look bad as a teacher. Parents are hard to please and go behind your back to complain about every little thing. Favoritism is shown for certain staff members. Staff is ridiculed at staff meetings.
