      Pros

      I've worked for other daycare centers in the Manasquan area and none compares to TLE of Manasquan! The director/owner treats employees and families with respect and compassion, all the time. Krystyn Gallant is the best boss I have ever had, and I've had many! The school is full of love, it is a stress free work environment. I highly recommend working in the Manasquan center.

      Corporate has such great learning opportunities!

      Cons

      Franchisees are not always good to work for. A lot are only in the industry for financial gain. The organization has such great potential and it's sad to be represented by nasty franchisees. I hate that a lot of staff walk away from the company, and it's really they are walking away from the owner who badly represents the brand.
