Great Job DEPENDING ON OWNER

Pros

If you love kids and guiding new generations this is a great job. Lesson planning according to a great curriculum. Diverse classroom environment, great parents.

Cons

The school is only as good as the people who own it. The owners can be real pains when they don’t make sure supplies is on point. I wasn’t paid well and still had to budget supplies for the classroom. Great teachers were treated like they were easily replaced no incentive to stay.
