Pros

The children. The center was in an excellent location. Very clean. Most of the parents were really nice. The center looks very professional. It's a good job for someone looking for experience with children and/or who is still in school. Great family involvement.

Cons

Low pay for the work that is expected. Some parts of their lesson plan is not very age appropriate. It's run like a business more concerned about numbers and money. This is not a long term job for someone who actually cares about children. I heard some teachers swearing around and even at children. Management doesn't seem to value or care about their employees.

Pros

Great children and families Owner has a big heart Clean and sanitary facility Staff genuinely trying to do the right thing towards children and families - generally speaking Community involvement projects

Cons

Drama drama drama - management will say they they hate drama between staff but they thrive on it. Owner confuses personal generousity for professional support. Director is under qualified and enjoys being the "boss" with no concern for being a true leader. New employees under trained Ratios often broken

Pros

Owners are a really nice family.

Cons

The corporate management staff is very bias, unprofessional, and make business decisions based on if they personally like you.The person I reported to lied during the interview process about salary and other benefits. This person was far off from the truth, they are really unfair If you are not a drinking partying manager forget it. The look down on you if you are not a drinker never thinking the person may have health issues. They expect you to do three jobs at a time without compensation. There are executives sleeping with each and dating each, which is a huge conflict of interest. There are also eeoc issues within the corporate office.
