Pros

Good at very rare moments when everyone does their job and management is in a good mood and the kids are in a good mood. Like twice a year, maybe.

Cons

When a teacher drops down to "ratio" she will dump her kids with you and leave. Every class does that. Then, there will be one teacher with all the kids in school that got dumped in her class and she will have to clean up her room (clean all the tables, sweep, sanitize all toys, wash dishes, the cleaning crew only vacuums!) and she might have ti do that for another teacher's classroom (the one where the teacher dumped her kids and left). and wash dishes for entire school, and take trash out for the teachers that left it there. every teacher would say that she is that misfit and blame all the others and management just wants it done and doesn't care if that one person does the work of 3 people all the freaking time. You also need training hours every year, that you'd pay for out of your own pocket, they are classes scattered around N.C for your learning pleasure. All that work for $9-$10 and hour. Run like hell.
