      Benefits are amazing, the staff works well together,families are so caring and warm, bond and support from corporate is fantastic!

      Pay is average for the amount of responsibilities, hours can be long and sometimes you are still working while at home as part of management

      Great family environment, management is always there to help with concerns or when help is needed. The curriculum keeps things fun and exciting as well!

      Pros

      I absolutely love working for The Learning Exerpience South Lyon. Richard and Cindy are always so personable and friendly. From day one they were able to give me one day a week off to spend with my babies, as I was a new mom returning to work. They have given me great daycare discounts, extremely competitive pay, bonus incentives and paid vacation/sick time. The staff are very supportive and always helpful. I feel like a valued member of the team! I also love that I get to make the curriculum my own and have fun with the children.

      Cons

      Looking for good part time staff. Highly populated area and can lead to some traffic congestion, especially for special events like holiday concerts and graduations. Lower summer hour due to lower summer enrollment.
