Pros

Friendships were made with coworkers, new facility.

Cons

Terrible management, underpaid, high turn over, unprofessional, gossip seeking, untrustworthy, hard to get time off. Constantly listening on cameras. Poor judgement from office. Don't care about kids or employees

Pros

They promote from within, if you express an interest in promotion they will typically help you get there. Friendly staff members. Upper management helps when they can. Paid holiday/sick time accrues from the time you start. Raises become available as you earn them.

Cons

No health benefits. Starting pay isn't the best.
