Pros

This company has given me an amazing experience at my first job. They have been so supportive of my education while working, and I wish that I could stay for the rest of my college years! This company offers paid time off, opportunities for furthering your education, opportunities for bonuses, and a positive working environment. Working closely with other people who are passionate about teaching children has given me many opportunities to grow as a person! I have nothing bad to say about them.

Cons

The only negative aspect of working here is how hard it can be when children move to a new classroom or stop coming, after forming such a strong bond with them, but thats life! It is balanced by how fun it is to watch them grow up.

Pros

-The technology program is one of the things that really drew me in. The older students (2.5 years and up) once a day get to interact with a smart board that has been programmed with curriculum activities. -Everything in the building is bright and cheery. - We have amazing teachers and management that really care about the students. -There is not a lot of drama between staff which is unlike many other preschools. -As we grow in size, it still seems very much like a family.

Cons

-There are new policies that come from corporate which are not always communicated effectively.
