Pros

The kids are absolutely wonderful

Cons

Well for starters in the beginning I was told that I would be getting a 90 day review and then a raise. Which did not happen. Also, I was told that I made $8.00 an hour and they ended up paying me 7.75. On my first day there I was thrown into a classroom by myself. I had never worked in childcare before so I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when it came to taking care of 10+ screaming two year olds that had to be put on the potty every 30 minutes. As my first week went on I still never received any type of proper training in the classroom I was in, just had received rude notes from the lead teacher (that leaves at like, 2 in the afternoon) about all of the things I was doing wrong. Working at TLE never got any better after that. I felt miserable most days and was starting to feel as if the owner was using all of us. She is money hungry, does not care about any of the kids, parents, or her employees. The only thing she cared about was the way she made the daycare look. It was always about money and that is all it will ever be about to her. This has been the worst company I have ever worked for and I do not suggest it to anyone that actually wants to be successful.

Pros

The children, they make everyday brighter. The parents that truly care are great too. The classrooms have tons of windows which is nice, you don't feel cooped up all day. Also being to go outside twice a day is a great change of pace

Cons

the directors are money hungry. never have enough food for kids to have seconds, and the supplies, toys, books, nap materials are complete jokes. They are more concerned about your uniform then how the care of the children are.

Pros

There are no pros about this company. This is the worst company I ever worked for. My coworkers all feel like slaves.

Cons

I worked at TLE for 3 years with no raise, everything you do is not good enough, it's a very stressful job, the company is very cheap there is never any school supplies or paper towels, gloves etc. My old manager was big on favoritism she gave all of her friends who were all new comers raises. It's just a depressing work environment.
