Pros

T.L.E. was always understanding when it came to necessary time off (i.e.- family emergencies, sickness, etc). Most of the children there were happy and pleasant, as were the parents, and making a difference in a child's life is always touching.

Cons

The staff often left the Teacher's Assistants in the dark by the time they arrived at 2pm. There were no lesson plans left to complete, no projects to do, only glorified babysitting of a group of children who were hyperactive by the thought of their parents coming to get them. Yes, I understand that this is the nature of young children. However, T.L.E. as a company did not provide the T.A.'s with enough resources to have an effective, pleasant afternoon with the students.

Pros

Some of the teachers there are very nice and very good at what they do. They have a very good curriculum and are apart of the keystone stars program which is a big deal.

Cons

If you are not liked by management then you may have several problems. Management is big on favoritism and double standards. Ratio is not always followed especially at the end of the day or morning when u may have 3,4,5 and 6 year olds all in one room which causes a crazy environment.
