Pros

High initial pay. The directors were always helping and took care of staff even if it was an out of work issue- gave one person gas $ to get to work. Schools curriculum was great and cute Infant team was perfection

Cons

Owners both lie and are not on the same page then lie to eachother. Literally lie about everything even about thier employees character ti parents- shown them in a terrible light to parents asking questions. Teachers are instantly labeled for a mistake. Owner doesnt care if out of ratio or if we dont follow licensing. One of my last days was told to take 15 kids by myself across the street to mcdonalds- we walked. No permission forms, binder, nothing, ipad wouldnt reach either. 5yr old teacher had 30 kids by herself for over 3hrs. One owner told me we were getting health insurance after a high pressure interview to get me to accept the job. the other when I asked looked at me like I was crazy. By my 2nd week I knew everyones pay including the front because owner blurted it out all the time saying she pays this amount and they werent pulling thier weight. Instant chaos when the other owner started coming. Never saw everyone so stressed as when that owner was there. Last but not least- I quit because I wasnt going to keep breaking the law. And the vibe of the owner was neurotic, stressful and demeaning. I didnt report any of this to licensing and I had to fight to get paycheck
