Pros

If you have patience and a love for children On-time payments

Cons

This job is advertised as a teacher's assistant job, however it is more of a babysitting job. For a full-time employee, you can expect to work 9-hour days. Management appears disorganized/

Pros

TLE has paid time off

Cons

TLE South Windsor is poorly run. Often asked to not take lunch because they are short staffed. No in-class support. They ask you to lie to parents about incident reports. When I was there a childs hair got pulled and a portion of it was missing. I was told to only say something if the mother noticed, When she noticed I informed her what happened and then the director told the mother the child did it to herself (contradicting what I had reported)
