Pros

Working with the children and families every day is very rewarding to be able to watch them grow. Building strong relationships is a key aspect to this job. There are many opportunities to advance within the center- especially with the larger enrollment.

Cons

Sometimes it can be stressful, but at the end of the day putting the children first is the most important thing. Any job has their stressful days!

Pros

Loved working with infants( 6months-12months). Loved my assistant and we worked well together.

Cons

Keep getting new directors and changing so much rules. All they care about what is on the wall not the children.
