Pros

-Center is clean -Center is inviting The director is personable and great at listening. The staff are all welcoming and are really nice to all families with great communication.

Cons

Since the new ownership took over on February 2, parent pleasers and staff pleasers are now more easily implemented, creating a warmer, more personable, fun, and positive experience for everyone.

Pros

The kids were overall great I developed a lot of great relationships

Cons

Awful management that starts drama with staff, communication is bad there was plenty of times I stayed late with no communication or notice, your shift will get changed to cover someone else without notice. Management will talk about you behind your back. Cleanliness isn’t the best I was sick constantly and they threatened no call offs all the time. No health insurance on top of that. Very toxic work environment I’ve never worked anywhere with so much drama and toxicity
