Pros

The main positive is a great work environment. Employee benefits are good and teams work well together. The offices are in really great locations & are very informal, relaxing places to work in.

Cons

There are limited progression opportunities. The company would do well to communicate its long term strategy and vision to staff more clearly.

Pros

Great company to have on your resume. Good culture and top quality of work. The best place to start your career in the VFX industry.

Cons

Work hours can be long. Deadlines are notoriously tight. Entry level positions aren't very exciting but you do get a lot of opportunities to grow quickly.
