Pros

Fun work environment with great potential for both personal and career growth. There have been a lot of progressive moves that have put the company moving in the right direction. Great place to start your career and to gain invaluable experience. The free snacks are a definite plus.

Cons

I dislike the coffee in the break room.

Pros

Nice atmosphere, good hours, nice coworkers, mostly relaxed environment. People know your name and are mostly always glad to help you.

Cons

A lot of information to learn in a short training period. Can be kind of hard to keep up at first especially when you work a day with many calls coming in.
