This is one of the hardest sales jobs I've ever had, but also one of the most rewarding. I love that I'm my own boss and I can choose to work really hard when I want to, and take off some time here and there to spend with my family, especially in the summer. I love partnering with our clients and coming up with creative and fun ways to introduce them to the neighborhood. And lastly, I love the income potential this job offers. It's definitely challenging and hard work, but the rewards that come with hard work make it all worth it! Pros of working at N2? Being my own boss Working from home Having an amazing home office with lots of sales support and training tools Getting to meet great people in the neighborhood Helping grow our clients' business in the neighborhood Flexibility with job schedule

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult to work from home and have to be 100% accountable to yourself. I am so thankful there are so many great teammates that I have through N2 to help me stay accountable and to meet up with often in my city, so I don't feel like I'm working alone. The conference calls and touch points with leadership also help with accountability and feeling like I'm part of a team.

My experience with N2 has been nothing short of amazing. After 16 years in the media industry, I wanted something that gave me the flexibility I needed to be there for my growing family while also giving me the financial freedom to make as much money as I wanted to/needed to make to support us at the same time. When I joined N2, I had high hopes that I had found the right company and the rewards have been ten-fold. I am in business for myself, but not by myself. The support and the training is second to none. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic and a get it done mentality, who is also a team player and wants to have the ability to live the life that they have always dreamed about. Pros: Financial freedom Flexibility Work from Home - no commute! Training - you are not left wondering "what do I do next". It is all laid out for you and the support from a local and Corporate level is amazing. Being a part of a community - from meeting local business owners to working with residents to share their stories, you feel connected and a part of something bigger than yourself.

Cons

There are no cons - if you have a strong work ethic, get it done mentality and are a team player. I was worried about not making money while in ramp up, but like any other business owner, there is a growth period in your business and my ramp up was mine. I am building a legacy for my family and I take that very seriously. What we do is not hard, but it's not easy either. It takes determination, tenacity and a strong mental attitude.

N2 truly cares about their people, they want everyone to have a great work/life balance and strive to grow not only their business but their people as well. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
