no benefits for designers, unorganized, boring, poor management, focus all time on sales staff and recruiting, everyone is easily replaced in staff eyes

The system that we have in place makes it easy to succeed! Just follow the road map that corporate lays out for us, every step is a system. Makes it easy and fun! I just need to apply myself more and then I succeed more! I like the flexible schedule N2 provides me. For those thinking about becoming an Area Director: I ran a financial business and the stress that caused was intense. With N2 I do work commission but have the flexibility to increase my income THIS week and it is an immediate payoff! I speak with people all the time about this opportunity. I know it is not a right fit for everyone but many people with all kinds of different backgrounds are tapping into the system that we have and succeeding! It is a simple system to learn and go out and share it with businesses!

Pros

The flexible, independent schedule that allows me to handle my full-time business aspect of my life as well as personal life. The leadership/management is second to none when it comes to motivation, target goals, staying on track, etc.

Cons

A little more emphasis on the publishing/content generating end of things knowing your neighborhood during ramp up so you're not cold going into your first couple of issues with your magazine with very little content. The emphasis is so huge on sales during ramp up that the other parts of the business are forgotten..
