I love how the company supports you, but makes everything clear about your success depends on you. I know that if I work hard, the rewards are outstanding, and there are plenty of people to help me along the way. I know that if I run into a problem, there is someone to call to help me solve the problem.

Cons

I really can't think of anything worth listing.

Pros

Flexibility, Unlimited income potential, Incredible leadership/founders that reinforce family and Christ in their employees lives. I love my job. I like seeing the business sponsors of my neighborhood publications grow their businesses because they are able to reach their targeted market in a very special way. Being a business owner I am able to set my schedule around my children and husband's schedule. I enjoy being a carpool mom, and taking over 7 weeks of vacation a year to spend time with my family.

Cons

This could be bad for someone that isn't a self-starter.
