Over worked, under staffed, under paid and under appreciated. No opportunity for growth. Praise to bad employees no or little recognition for good employees. Poor management

Care about people and all walks of life. Fun corporate teams.

Cons

Pay for onsite staff is almost laughable. No raise or bonus that was not budgeted for a YEAR prior. Raise of mere cents. The only time you will see a substantial raise is if you put your notice in. Out of touch upper management incentives.
