Pros

Stylish office spaces, free coffee bar and good comp/benefits packages. Fantastic Intern program.

Cons

Many people are in constant fear of being fired because many people have been fired without explanation. I have had friends who were qualified for an open position, but who I knew would not be hired because they did not physically look like senior management's idea of an A+ player.
