The job was fun. Flew around to the various jobsites for onboarding and software training with new hires on the Construction side of the business. The Co-workers including my management team were great.

Cons

Pay was low for the amount of travel required.

The pay on commission was decent, but the company didn’t allow agents to approve application, sign the lease, or add charges- which was a huge stressor due to only having one manager for 700+ apartments

Cons

See above- limited access was something that limited the ability to feel empowered
